Besides processing steel and stainless steel materials, ITEQ Industries also specialises in processing aluminium. With our welding robot we can accurately weld aluminium products with consistent quality. And this is just one of the techniques for high quality aluminium processing.
Aluminium welding work
ITEQ Industries applies different welding techniques. We possess everything required in-house for MIG, TIG, spot and stud welding. This means we can process aluminium with great precision. Our production line combines all kinds of processes, which means multiple processing techniques can be performed all on the same production line. These processes consist of:
- Punching
- Laser cutting
- Producing deformations, embossing and small settings.
And all these processes are integrated in a single system. Their automation ensures a better flow and higher output. All this combined results in a process for aluminium processing that relies very little on people.
