Rotor control cabinet
The Rotor Control Cabinet drives the blades of the windmill. At the top of the windmill is a hub in which the lightweight blades are mounted. They are made from fibreglass and are reinforced with epoxy resin. Due to the ingenious design of the blades they produce hardly any noise when they rotate.
The hub contains a Rotor Control Cabinet to drive the blades. The housing, which comprises three modules was re-engineerd by ITEQ last year to achieve further production optimisation. With the implementation of these demands the customer was able to achieve a more efficient assembly. In addition to the complex welded composition, the housing was also fully assembled by ITEQ up to the mechanical level. ITEQ used rubber sealing inserted in the cover of the housing to achieve the right seal.
